Some members of the church and the Aberdour community met with the chair of the Historic Churches Working Group (HCWG) to present their case for the church remaining open. Their comments were well received. It was agreed that the spirituality, history and beauty of church buildings are important, and we were urged to continue with the campaign to keep the church open. The HCWG can only advise, they do not make the final decision.
