The Presbytery of Fife has informed the Congregation that our Minister the Reverend Peter Gerbrandy-Baird, is to Demit from the Charge of Aberdour, St Fillan’s under the Terms of the Church of Scotland Ill Health Act, on Friday 31st March 2023.
Following Colin Alston’s Demission from Inverkeithing and North Queensferry, Alan Monk has been asked to be the Interim Moderator of both these Churches. He will be replaced as our Interim Moderator by Fergus Duncan an elder at Dunfermline Abbey. The timescale of this handover is still to be finalised but it will be in the near future.
