Second Chances
John 21:15-19
v 15
When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you truly love me more than these?”
“Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.”

“Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.”
Simon Peter was given a second chance after denying he knew Jesus three times.
This gives hope to each one of us. We are fallible and get things wrong.
As Peter repented of his denial of Jesus, he was given added responsibility to take care of His sheep.
Thought for the week
In today’s world it can be hard to speak up and speak out as a Christian. It is not politically correct.
Jesus knows the barriers we face and gives us the courage and conviction we need to further His Kingdom.
Ask God, by His grace, to walk with you and give you faith.
