Church magazines 2013-2019

In December 2013 the church went on fire, luckily there was only mainly smoke damage, services moved to the church hall, after major cleaning the church was back in use in August 2014.
There were many articles on the history of the church based on various sources.

There were also regular articles on Aberdour Country Dancing, Chernobyl Lifeline, Christian Aid, Open Door, St Fillan’s Lunches , Stamp Appeal etc.

In 2017 it was found that the church hall roof needed a major repair. The church hall dates from 1790. This was accomplished with the aid of of contributions from the whole community.

A Harvest thanksgiving service was conducted at a local farm.

There was a packed meeting attended by the community with Presbytery regarding the possible closure of the church.
