On Sunday 15th September 162 ‘pilgrims’ travelled on the ‘Maid of the Forth’ from Aberdour Harbour to Inchcolm. Rev John Brewster led a short service in Refectory then a drop in sing in the Chapter House whee the acoustics are amazing.
Outside it was like an old fashioned family picnic with kids running about on the beach and grass and in and out the old Abbey, climbing to the top of the tower and exporing the island. The rain stayed off and we even got a sun tan.
